Q: I have a question. I got into a new school and now I walk 4500- 6 or 7000 steps a day. Before I used to walk like 500-900. I'm wondering if this can make me lose weight with a healthy diet cause I really can't workout I'm too tired and not really interested in it. Will this make me more fit?

Yeah I think so but prop. for only a Few weeks Till Ur body got used to it… Maybe u can try to do a little jog after school because it helps me when im tired! 💕
